1/2 c nonfat dry milk powder (Optional and not included in nutritional information). Note: Your Donvier Yogurt Maker comes with a recipe for 1 qt. This fills the yogurt jars half way and allows room to add fruit and flavorings. Recipe can be doubled to 2 qts. If desired, which will fill.

I have two donvier ice cream makers. One is a half-pint and the other is a pint (I think). I have lost the recipe book to the pint sized maker and would like to know if anyone out there has one and if I could get some of the recipes. The half-pint comes with a very limited selection, but if anyone would like these here they are: VANILLA ICE CREAM 1/3 cup cream, 3 Tblsp milk, 3 Tblsp sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 tsp vanilla. make sure the egg is well beaten, the sugar is disolved and always chill the ingredients before putting them in the donvier. STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM Add 2 tsp powdered strawberry flavoring for milk OR 3 mashed strawberries to Vanilla recipe. CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM Add 1 Tblsp chocolate syrup OR 2 tsp chocolate flavoring for milk to Vanilla recipe.
